Lack of stability and lack of support from sell AND Amazon
I was really hoping for an easier to store "adult furniture" option. This seemed to fit the bill. However, upon receiving it I almost immediately noticed it didn't seem as stable as the pictures made it seem. We tried several positions listed and others we thought up (a clothed, dry run, if you will) and found it to be far too uncomfortable and unstable to really get into a groove, relax, or put any faith in NOT tipping over from side to side. This could be expected, I get it, you're getting an inflatable "bed" with a strange shape.However, the even bigger issue that drives this to a one star is the support and communication from all parties involved. I filed for a refund and return thru amazon, I got a label and sent it back. Nothing. No response from the seller, no acknowledgement. So I notified the seller thru Amazon of the return and requested a refund. They "issued" one, however Amazon still shows everything pending. I have reached out to Amazon to let them know, and all that it tells me is a refund is being issued and to continue to wait. After a few weeks of hearing this I feel like the support from both parties has really dropped the ball. IF I ever get the refund (which is $15 less, since I had to pay for return shipping too), I'll update this with an appropriate star. But for now, it's a one and neither deserves anything better.

Balancing act
Completely unstable. It’s wobbly with just one person one it, having two on it makes it more of a balancing act more than anything. Only thing it’s good for is support to lean on.
