I am wearing the heat pad as I write, which proves how comfortable it is, and that it stays where you need it to be! Just when I was wishing for a heating wrap that had a nice scent, and would warm my upper back, shoulders and neck, as if by magic one appeared on the Amazon search. I had tried a conventional wheat and lavender warmer, but I found the scent very unpleasant and it kept slipping off. This is already making a huge difference to my injury, and will speed my recovery I am sure. My microwave is as tiny as they come, but it did fit, and the plate spun round as required. A fantastic invention - thank you!

Excellent quality, great invention. Only problem I would mention is the beans have a tendency to fall into the front most pocket and make it a bit bulky and uncomfortable, I have to keep massaging them back over. It doesn’t stay warm as long as wheat but as I cannot personally have wheat near me I am happy to find something I can use. I have found in this cold climate it will stay warm for about an hr. it is very comfortable to sleep in too, I hadn’t slept for nearly a week due to pain and then slept right through the first time with my new warmer. This shoulder and heat pad was bought for my 92year old mother who suffers Arthritis in her neck and shoulders. It is absolutely perfect and rests very well on her shoulders and is extremely comfortable. It is quite heavy but evens out once in place. The quality is superb. It may seem expensive, but I have to say it is well worth the price. Highly recommend.

This heat pad is fantastic and really soothing. But when its cold it does give off a strange smell which I can only think is the flax seeds. But when you heat it up the smell makes you feel really calm. However it is fantastic for neck, lower back and tummy pain. Would recommend to people with endo who get the pain down their legs as it covers your legs and because of the collar it stands up to cover your belly as well. Also because of the weight of it, it doesn't move around

I bought this as I have a few issues with my joints and muscles also a circulation disorder. I have used it multiple times a day since I bought it. My pain has reduced. I was emailed by the company making sure everything was ok and given advice. What a wonderful caring company! I could not be happier with my purchase and would recommend this to everyone.

Have been diagnosed with degenerative disc disease in the cervical spine which results in pain in the neck and top shoulder I was advised that the best thing is heat - so wanted something to cover the neck and shoulders which this does. It is well made and comes with an excellent bag for storage. The instructions are very clear and the hints are helpful in the follow up emails THIS IS AN EXCELLENT PRODUCT and far superior to other microwavable bags

This is a high quality product and really helps to soothe my aching neck and shoulders. The fabric is soft and you can walk around and it stays put. The finish and seeing is great quality and it smells earthy but pleasant. The price is more than I would normally pay for this type of product but is well worth it.

Bought for my partner, who loves it and has recommended it to multiple friends. Two minor drawbacks are the aroma and the size means it sometimes needs multiple times in the microwave if it hits the side wall and stops turning. Overall though, extremely happy with the purchase.
