I am really impressed with these face shields! I needed something to shield my eye from soap & water while showering, after having lens replacement surgery. These shields came highly recommended by a family member after the same surgery, so I quick got on Amazon & bought them. I cannot believe how great they work! They are very easy to apply, they stayed on during my entire shower, & kept my eye/upper half of my face completely dry. No leaks, & no loose edges at all. Make sure your forehead is clean from any creams, oils, or makeup, or that may affect how well the adhesive strip stays on. I wipe my forehead & temples with an alcohol pad, right before applying the shield. If you're on the fence about how well these work or about buying them, don't be. :)

Worked well in the shower after cataract surgery

I purchased these in June 2024, 50 count box. I was a little Leary on buying because of some of the reviews I read. I bought these for my Cataract Surgery since I couldn't get water in my eyes, which I just had. I did not wash my face before applying. My face was free of all makeup I applied about 1/2 " from my hairline. I faced away from shower head when using trying to keep water on my hair as I didn't know if these were going to stick. I was able to rinse the shampoo from my hair, which my hair is shoulder length and condition my hair and this product did not come off. However when I started to rinse the conditioner the shield started to peel on the left side a bit I pressed it back down, rinsed the conditioner. I finished shower this product was still holding and the front of the shield was wet but it protected my eyes from getting wet. Served it's purpose, very pleased with this product.

I got these in anticipation of my ombré powder brows procedure as I knew I could not get my eyebrows wet for a while afterwards. Compared to the few face shields I got from my brow artist, I felt that these ones had better adhesive. Honestly, they were a bit painful to pull off but I still had issues with them staying put at the both ends for the entirety of my shower even though I was being careful to not put my face directly under the stream of water. They served their purpose for the most part and worked well enough for my needs.

I hate having water in my eyes. Wish I had thought of getting these two weeks ago before my cataract surgery, but at least two weeks out, for now, can keep water from running into my eyes and don't have to keep my eye closed to get out of the shower. I recommend these.

Perfect for taking a shower after a vitrectomy

So I’ve used these twice, I had lasik and they said I can’t get water near my eyes for a week. For a quick shower (which is what I have in the picture) the tape stayed on okay in the center but it came off the sides and while showering. When I used it the 2nd time, I took a longer shower and it did not last at all. So for a quick shower I guess it’s okay. There are a lot in the package. I also cleaned my face with a cotton pad and miclear water and let it dry before putting it on my face both times.

I received these 2 days ago. Due to mixed reviews I almost passed on these EXCELLENT eye shields. I take showers that last 20-30 minutes, using very hot water. My Shower is a 4x4 box so steam is concentrated. I did NOT purposely submerge in water, but I also didn't avoid water completely. I was able to wash my hair twice, gloss, and condition. Wash, scrub, and moisturize my body, and the shield was still holding well at the end.....ALL THE WAY ACROSS. I highly recommend. My use is to protect lash extensions. I propose the negative reviews are either a defective example of these shields, or started with a wet or oily face. My face was simply unwashed when I put the shield on....no issues of coming loose at all.

The LWBTOSEE brand is not as good as the Tingbeauty version that I bought previously. This one doesn’t adhere to my forehead as well and I haven’t done anything differently.
