Good for you and tasty!
My family takes elderberry daily and I am so happy to come across these! My kids love the taste as well as my hubby and I. These are soft and easy to chew. I just stocked up on more!

Fresh and Flavorful
The gummies are soft, fresh and easy to chew. They smell and taste really good. I love the rich natural berry flavor. They gave me a boost of dopamine which relieved some pain. When deciding to try them, I did not realize they have sugar in them. The sugar did not affect my sleep but it did weaken my immune system and I think that is why they were less effective for me. I personally need more elderberry than usual.
