This is the best shoyu ever! I used to think it was just because I grew up in Hawaii, but everyone from the mainland that I have try it agrees that this is the most superb shoyu made. Now that I live on the mainland, I am really happy that it is available at a reasonable price on Amazon since it is not always available at the commissary. The taste is far superior to all other shoyu sauce so if this was not available for me, I would be heartbroken. It comes in a variety of sizes, but the half gallon is perfect in my opinion. It fits in most cupboards and is easy to handle. The salt level is perfect and there is no horrible aftertaste like in other shoyus on the market. This is something that I will order again if the commissary ever stops selling it or is out of stock.

this is the best shoyu in Hawaii and I wanted it for Colorado, the bottles survived their abusive delivery since the courier dropped the box off upside down. The Gallon bottles tend to last me more than a month, and they consistently remain the same taste despite how long i have to wait to buy these, I wish i could buy them on food stamps, I did before and don't understand why it was stopped And best of all the price is good for the product as well as excellent for the size I get, i would have expected it to be more expensive

Happy I was able to get Aloha soy sauce in bulk. They do not sell it here in most stores (Texas). Aloha soy sauce is a little sweeter than other soy sauces.

After living in Hawaii for over 20 years thus is the only shoyu we use!!
