Fantastic protection plus healing balm! My son acquired two forms of bacteria during surgery and had to take two different intravenous antibiotics via PICC Line for 6 weeks which caused tremendous diarrhea. The antibiotics could not be changed since the bacterias were very resistant so my son had to deal with the diahrrea as best he could.Unscented Baby wipes, Dial Foaming Antibacterial Wash and the Calasoothe Ointment were a miracle trio for him since the upset stomach from the massive amount of antibiotics lasted a total of 9 weeks! It was a horrible experienceCalaSoothe is an EXTREMELY thick paste that protects the skin like nothing I have EVER come across previously! It contains a TINY bit of menthol that you may have to get used to but this is actually a magnificent healing ingredient for skin irritation.I was surprised how large the tube was after opening the shipment. I assumed it would the size of a small tube of Triple Antibiotic Ointment and I didn't pay attention to the size when I placed the order because I was so desperate to find a serious skin protectant and healing balm. I would give this stuff 10 stars if it were possible!
