Very accurate.
I found that this to be pretty accurate compared to a 60 dollar commercial tire gauge. Especially if you take the pressure a few pounds over a bleed the tire down to the correct pressure.

Great Gun
Phil way faster than our Bluepoint Air Guns turns on automatically when it detects pressure great value, great gun

Air leak undermines function at Lever.
The product really seemed to be rugged and useful until connected to an air supply. No amount of lubrication quelled the loss of air on the sticky actuator lever causing the compressor to lose air. Sorry for the bad review, maybe your assembly line needs a better testing of the product before shipping. The balance of the product shows good workmanship so adjusting your examining of the finished product is what would've caught the flaw.

Good but could be better
The product is good and sturdy over all, if you read the reviews a lot say there is a missing O-Ring, its not missing you’ll need to apply Teflon tape to the threads and that will seal it where the hose connects. The problem I have is, for the price point I should not have to tape or tighten any thing to stop air leaks Period, also the quick connect fitting should have came with it. I’d be hard pressed to see where some one would screw this straight to a air hose and make it a permanent solution. All in all it is well built, poorly constructed, but can be brought up to par if you already have tools and Teflon tape.Would I suggest buying, No not at this price point, The consumer should not have to disassemble add Teflon tape then reassemble this tool or tighten it down to stop leaks all this should be down at the factory on the assembly line.UPDATE: 08/19/20the chuck is useless on dual bud rims the angle of the head will not allow a connection on the inside vale stem.Like a previous reviewer stated the chuck can not be changed for a straight foot chuck because the hose end is not 1/4 NFT it’s more like 6.5 mmI need one a straight foot dual chuck but wanted the benefits of having a longer chuck also. Needless to say Milton have a 12” dual foot straight chuck for sale here on Amazon. The problem is it’s a 1/4 NFT and the air gauge hose connector is not.So what I did was went to Home Depot (couldn’t wait for Amazon had to roll out) and purchased a 1/4 barb to 1/4 NFT MALE ( the hose on the gauge is 1/4 )then I purchased a 1/4 NFT female quick connector, and a worm clamp.I cut the the Milton’s bright idea connector off and replaced it with the 1/4 barb to 1/4 male NFT, put the quick connector on it and now the hose end can accommodate a host of things via the quick connector. Now the Milton’s long chuck will work as a quick connect item. You can check air pressure and fill using, the only quirk is once you check the air pressure get your reading and head to the next tire bleed off the residual air in the hose cause that chuck has a spring loaded valve to stop air from escaping, if not it’ll have you gauge reading numbers randomly lol.Other than the proprietary hose end, and the fresh out the box air leaks the gauge is just as solid of a build as you’d expect from Milton. Added photos to give a visual to my setupUpdate: 08/27/22 added to more photos to show the quick connect with a plug on the bottom, this makes it into a tire pressure gauge, with out needing the hose it seals the bottom end, this would be great for the truckers who are doing a pre trip and want to make sure the pressure is correct with needing to pull out the air hose and connect it to the air supply line.

Most accurate in its price range; made in USA
Pros: Made in USA. Accuracy is ±0.5 PSI, which is one of the most accurate tire gauges you can buy, at any price. I spent hours looking at manufacturer's websites, and no other gauge came close to +/- 0.5 psi for the entire measurement range. Swiveling head. The bleeder valve only lets out a little bit of air at a time, which is good because it allows you to accurately and slowly release air from an over-inflated tire.Cons: The pros far outweigh the cons, but there are some cons. I wish the lighted display would stay on for a few more seconds. When it arrives, you need to pull off the rubber shock mount to remove a piece of plastic that protects the AAA batteries. Then it is a little bit of trouble to screw the hose back on, but you'll figure it out. Doesn't come with any instructions. You will need to buy a 1/4" NPT air hose quick connect fitting if you want to connect this to your air hose.

More Accurate Than My Mechanical Milton
So far so good. My mechanical Milton unit was never accurate. This one is.

Great for commercial use
My company was running into issues with tire pressure. We purchased this we have not had an issue since.

Milton Digital Tire Gauge
The tool works great when connected to an air compressor while filling tires with air. But there are times you really don't need to add air, but just check the tire pressure. I added a chuck and plug assembly that block the internal air flow and therefore allowed me to test tires as a stand-alone tire gauge.

Nice inflator and digital guage in one
Had a couple small air leaks initially, but just snugged the fittings and solved that problem. It doesn't inflate a tire super fast, but it's accurate and easy to use. Has a cool backlight for use in dark. Milton quality beats the cheaper products by far

Quality Tire inflator USA Made
USA made, heavy construction not like the off shore junk, priced fair given it will last for years even when used daily .Gauge lights up and is easy to read

Expensive Garbage, FALSE ADVERTISING. AVOID THIS PRODUCT LIKE THE PLAGUE.
NOT 1/4" NPT on chuck end. The hose is 3/8" 24 threads/inch on body end AND from I can measure, 10mm 1 thread/mm on tire chuck end. Tire chuck NOT threaded for 1/4" NPT as advertised, a blatant lie. That means you cannot change the tire chuck (like a right angle locking chuck for example) unless you change the hose and it better be 3/8" - 24 on the body end. Or cut of the end off and attach a barbed 1/4 NPT fitting. Good luck find adapters or fittings with 10mm - 1.00. I need to attach a right angle locking chuck - motorcycle service.Shame on Milton for selling something like this. Not garage quality at all.PS you will need to seal with o-rings. What a disappointment. Shame on Milton. SHAME.My advice: Buy JACO.Update: requested a refund from Amazon an got it, inflator returned to Amazon. Many thanks to Amazon for standing by me (us). I really, really appreciate Amazon for this.Johnny.

Not bad, but..
Nicely made, but I don't feel that it's worth the asking price. Canadian tire sells similar ones at half the price, that work quite well. Standard tire chucks don't fit on the end of the hose, due to it being an oddball thread size. Otherwise, it looks well made.Tip: unscrew the brass base of the hose (with the pressure relief button) and apply blue loc-tite gel to the threads. Then, wind the brass section back in, but position the relief button where you want it. Then, it'll be easier to use. It appears that these inflators come with this button in different positions.

Not as advertised
Bought this specifically because it was advertised as having a 1/4" npt hose fitting, to does not. Appears to be m10 x 1.0.Disappointing for a $75 item
