Madame LoulouVegan Royal Icing Mix for cookies and vegan baking (2 lbs)

Worked great just like regular royal icing, I only gave 4 stars b/c it does say it may contain eggs and it’s vegan. I’m assuming they meant processed in the same facility. But if your using this due to allergies I’d stay away from it, but if your vegan as a lifestyle choice I’m sure it’s fine.

We've traditionally made decorated shortbread cookies for Christmas for the last five years. Every year my job is to make the different colors of icing, a job I hate! 2019 was my year to make my job easier by purchasing this Royal Icing Mix. The mix was SO easy to mix, easy to use and made our cookies look so professional! There's so much of the mix, we will use it MANY times before needing another pack. :)

It’s a bit expensive for me but I needed a vegan alternative so it worked well for that

It's a little runny, so add less water if making gingerbread house's.

Worked great!! And best part, there was no color bleeding!! I would highly recommend!!

first off, the measurements were off. 1 cup dry for 1tbsp of water. All I had was a chalky mess. When I finally got it to the consistency I needed, it looked nice when I applied it but then as time went on, it started running down the side. Overly sweet as well and I love sugar so if I think it's too sweet, its too sweet!
