Easy to use, comfortable, compact, gender neutral
This review is based on use during cold but not frigid weather. What I like about this product: 1) Comfort and ease of use. The ear bags slip on quickly and easily. It's important to order the correct size. Use the sizing chart and measure your ears to find the correct size. I am an adult female and ordered the medium. Mine fit true to size. If you wear "dangly" ear rings, remove the ear rings before putting on the ear bags. No need to remove smaller style (stud) ear rings because your entire ear lobe fits up into the bag. The bags are shaped like your ear so it's important to put the correct bag onto each ear. Simply cup the bag over the top of the ear, pull straight down, and if needed, tuck your ear lobe up into the interior of the ear bag. I then firmly cup the ear bag in my fingers, press it towards my head, and then wiggle it back and forth to ensure that it fits securely. I have worn the ear bags in stiff winds and have had had no problem with them falling off. 2) Portable, compact, low profile. The ear bags are small and easily stored in their bright red pouch when not in use. With such a low profile, the pouch easily fits into the pocket of your pants, your coat, a waist bag, or small handbag. The red bag is easy to find and easy to store. These low profile ear bags eliminate the bulky strap around your head or neck that would come with ear muffs. 3) Gender neutral. I have short hair and my ears are quite sensitive to cold air. The ear bags have worked great in our milder North Carolina winters. They are warm but I'm not sure if they would be sufficient for extremely cold weather for an extended period of time. The ear bags are perfect for moderately cold weather but if I were in frigid weather for an extended time, I think I would use a full ear muff or hat & scarf. The ear bags have such a low profile that you could also use them under ear muffs. Additionally, I think I would use muffs rather than the ear bags if I were engaged in an action sport such as skiing. The ear bags are perfect for walks, running, light exercise or when you want an ear covering but you don't want to use a large ear muff. I think of them like I think of my winter coats - Lighter weight coats when the temperature is cold and a much more substantial coat when the temperature is frigid and I am planning to be outside for an extended period of time.

These earbags check off all the boxes
These earbags check off all the boxes. They warm your ears. They are compact -- easy to always carry in a pocket or purse, just in case you need them. They look good, unlike most ear muffs. They stay put if you order the right size. There are a few downsides. These small earbags alone won't withstand a blizzard. They can pop off if you order the wrong size. They will pop off if you pull a shirt or sweater over your head. Since they are small and I carry them everywhere, it is possible to lose one of them -- something that has happened to me more than once. Overall, 5 stars.

Great idea!
These are a great concept. It takes a bit of practice to get them on the ear, but once they are on, they are warm and comfortable. Does not affect hearing whatsoever. My only suggestion--if you are right on the edge between sizes, go up to the next size. Much easier to put on, but still fit the ear well.

I love these!
I work outside during the winter in the Midwest and it while it gets really, really cold out, i have never liked hats for a multitude of reasons and i would get too hot wearing them because i was moving around too much but my ears would get way too cold. I tried earmuffs and theyre fine but theyre bulky to carry with me and i realized i couldnt wear my wireless earbuds with earmuffs. So I bought these in hopes that it would solve every problem and they did! Now my ears stay warm while the rest of my head can stay cool while working. They fit perfectly too. I ordered the medium as recommended and i was worried at first about them falling off too easily but they snap into place without applying pressure. i think they look cute too! Theyre easy to get used to and fit in your pocket when you dont need them. I can wear my wireless earbuds now AND i was hesitant at first that when i answered a phonecall while wearing them that it may be too muffled for the speaker to work when i talk but it seems to be just fine! i have talked to a few different people on the phone via wireless earbuds and nobody has mentioned anything about sound issues. The quality is nice, not too thick for me. I wear them for about 5-6 hours at a time and occasionally my ears can be a little sensitive so they sometimes feel a little irritated around hour 5 but usually just taking them off for a little bit and rubbing my earlobe is enough and i can put them back on after just a short couple of minutes. I definitely recommend giving them a shot

Well Made, but They Did Not Work Out for MY Work Out Purposes :)
It's all about suitability for a particular purpose. Let me start with my assessment of what I observed unrelated to how I had wanted them. The materials and fabrication seemed to be quite good. Fit: I could get them on, but I should have gotten the large instead of medium. If you get an almost-right size, it will be tedious to get them on. I suspect the larger size would pop right on. These muffs might be great for you. They failed for my intentions. I wanted was something to block (or diminish) the blaring, loud music at my gym so I could listen to something of my own choosing streaming from my phone to my hearing aids. Purpose: Sound Block: Poor (for me) It had almost no effect on reducing the external sound. This failure to function as I had hoped might be different for you. Here are some things to consider: 1) If you want to block the little sounds around the house to sleep, it might do the trick. It seemed to have no effect on the blaring music at my gym. 2) Though the (at least partially) covered my hearing aids, enough of my hearing aids might have remained exposed to pull in external sound. This would be no "fault" of the muffs, but it would just mean they were not suitable for my purpose. Purpose: Barrier to cold: Modest Benefit They made my ears slightly warmer, but not uncomfortably hot. I was indoors. I do not know how well they'd buffer you from extreme cold. Fit: If I had it to do over again, I'd get the LARGER. For my gym application, they were too tedious to put on, and I could not exercise without one of them popping off. I do not think a larger size would make them work any better for my objectives. I could tell within a few minutes that these were not designed or made for how I was trying to use them. I cannot speak ill of them because most of you will not be trying to use them the way I was. Still, this experience might be relevant to SOMEONE. :) Good luck in your search for the perfect muffs. These might be the right ones for your purposes!

Bought these specifically to block wind noise from entering wireless headphones, AND THEY WORK! ๐
โโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโ ๐ NOTES: - So soft, comfy & unintrusive, that I promptly forgot I had them on ๐ - If worn over wireless headphones, WIND NOISE IS BLOCKEDโtested by sitting in front of strong desk fan, an inch away from face. Another reviewer mentioned the style with stems potentially not fitting inside the earbags, but mine do (Anker Soundcore Life P3i โ Amazon.com: Soundcore Life P3i Hybrid Active Noise Cancelling Bluetooth Wireless Earbuds Black : Electronics ). Also, since you wonโt be able to use the capacitative touch feature of your headphones, the mechanical button on this and similar models will be ideal, should you be seeking ear covers specifically to block wind noise from your headphones while cycling, or engaging in other activities about 13 mph & upโsound quality is also balanced & clear, so theyโre an excellent budget headphone. ( โ> At the time of this writing, I havenโt yet tried the earbags while on a bike, so I donโt know if that would make a difference. ) [ โ ๏ธ CAUTION: If wearing earbuds, be careful when removing earbags, as the earbuds may get pulled out in the process. ] - Not super-thick, but will provide some insulation from the elements ๐ฅถ - I have tiny, thin ears (roughly measures about 2.3โ in length), and they stay securely over them. I tried the headbanger shake, and they didnโt shift at all. If you wiggle your ears or open your jaw, they *might* move out of place, depending on your anatomy, but the earbags also survived that test on me. If you need to scratch your sideburn or ear, youโll probably dislodge your earbag, so practice putting these on before you head outside, in order to avoid accidentally dropping them. ** TO PUT THEM ON: Flip them back to set them on top of your ears (the wider side of the oval faces backwards), then rotate them forward to optimally โlockโ them onto your ears & flip them back to normal. - If aiming for relative inconspicuousness, refer to attached pics (sorry about low-light, poor picture quality ๐ซค). I have light-black locks, and with the black earbags on under long hair, theyโre pretty well-camouflaged. - Comes with a drawstring carrying pouch โโโ These are my first pair of ear covers, so I canโt compare them to others, but selected this specific one after reading reviews for the other brands. If reviewers mentioned a certain brand being uncomfortable or cheaply-made, I passed on them. These Earbags succeeded at every test I put them through, so if your criteria & sensibilities mirror mine, then I recommend this product to you. Iโm very happy with their comfort, performance, and appearance, and would buy them again, if anything happened to my pair. โโโ TO THE MAKER / SELLER: I echo another reviewerโs request of more skin tones, so maybe a light & medium beige, then medium & dark browns. Thanks! ๐

MN winters? Ba, humbug!
Found these years ago and glad I did! I don't wear hats (sort-of curly hair, more wavy than curly, hats smoosh hair to un-fixable status, so no hats for me if I want to look 1/2 decent when I take the hat off.... oh how I wish I had straight hair! Ear bags to the rescue! Keeps the chilling wind out of my ears, I stay warm, and the bonus: I don't get sick from the cold blowing in my ears!. One hint: I've found I need to ensure I have the ear bags 'seated' correctly around my entire ear or they fall off with the slightest 'brush', e.g., putting on sunglasses or glasses. When they're put on correctly, they stay put, keep me warm, and no hat or ear muff band squishing my hair! Also, don't give up if you think they don't work - they DO, beautifully, but it may be you need a smaller or larger ear bag, and once you get the 'swivel on' method down pat, you're good to go (start at the top of the ear and start angling the ear bag down and around ear lobe) You can give it a little tug to check if firmly affixed on your ear - if it is, it will NOT immediately come off your ear - if it isn't, it'll come off in nothing flat. One more thing: I've tried different brands and Sprigs is by far the best, IMO.

WEIRDDDD, but it works
I love me some fuzzy warm gadgets for the winter. So when I came across these little ear muffs, I had to try them out. I hate being cold, and I hate putting ear muffs over my hair when itโs up in something like a pony tail. Because no matter how carful I am, the headband will mess up my ponytail, releasing all the baby hairs at once. So first off, these feel sooooooo weirdddddd when you put them on. The sensation of having a round disk clamped to your ear is so strange. They areโฆโฆtolerable, but on the verge of uncomfortable sometimes. Plus I wear several earrings in both ears which also affects the sensation of these covers. Now, iโm not disgusted with these, they do keep away the crisp air in the morning, and bonus! My ponytail doesnโt suffer baby hair loss when putting on and off. But being someone whoโs never had to clamp anything onto my ears like this, it was indeed a weird experience. Iโve kept trying them out, my drive to and from work takes about 25 minutes, and Iโve discovered my left ear is more annoyed about wearing it than the right. Iโm thinking itโs to do with ear shapes. Iโll fiddle with it, to try angling the disk differently which helps. But Iโd say itโs a 50/50 chance I forget Iโm wearing them, or they just always lean towards being almost uncomfortable. And I donโt see these being an all day wear for me, only because of how aware I am about the pressure exerted on my ears and their complaints about being forced into a clamp to hold the ear muff on. Although I havenโt tested more than 25 minutes of wearing at a time. I donโt plan on stopping using these, maybe with more time, Iโll be more used to how they feel or learn a trick on how best to wear it. And I love how compact they are. Easily slip them in my pocket, and pull them out when I head outside. Iโve made a few of my family members try them out too, and got all similar reviews from them. โThat feels weirdโ. And โthey are warm, but you can have them backโ. Their expressions always funny when trying them out. Hehehe. Probably not a gift for most, but I bet anyone who doesnโt like the cold, would want to test these out too, just like I did. Oh one last thing, they could pop off if hit, although there is the gently clampy thing inside to help hold it on, they can still slip off if you rub it or pull a scarf over your head or something. Just so your aware. :)

Ladies that wear earrings need a bigger size, large fit well. Very pleased
I canโt get wind in my ears , even in the summer. The ear coverโs work well for me. In the summer I use the lighter colour.

They fit.
Love these. I bought some others in a fit of desperation because I get vicious earaches in windy conditions. They never stayed on. They'd unclip all on their own, most annoying. These work wonderfully, staying nice and firmly on my ears without pinching.

Perfect - keeps ears warm without having to wear a hat or have a hand band to fuss with
I had a pair of these before but unfortunately lost them; was very happy to find replacement on Amazon. I like the ease of these ... easy to wear, small enough to carry in jacket/coat pocket and always have, with me, when I need them. Can still use my ear buds while using these to keep my ears warm and the wind out.
