I have used the avocado For many dishes and for cooking at high temperatures that other oils would begin smoking. The health benefits are great also. this is a great value for good quality oil.

It tasted great and has higher heat level than others for clean healthy eating. Value for money with great health benefits.

I use this in all my oven dishes that bake at 450 degrees, never an issue, as the smoke point is well over that.

Great quality

This oil is similar to olive 🫒 oil. It, however, hasn't got any flavor at all, which can be a good feature.

We're on a mission to eliminate processed foods and to use healthier oils. We use avocado oil for high temperature frying and olive oil for everything else. I like this oil very much and feel great about giving it to my family. Wish it weren't so pricey but I understand it probably takes a lot of product and labor to make this much!
