MOLD
If there was a less than 1 star this provider would receive a negative. Every wheel of cheese is open, mushy, wet and full of MOLD inside and out. Disgusting. You have been warned!!!

4 wheels came today wrapped in plastic. 2 of the 4 wheels had to be tossed, because the wheels were wet and moldy. I opened one and spread cheese on cracked pepper triscuits. The crackers were very spicy hot and I really couldn’t figure out it the cheese tasted ok or not. I think it was too tangy fir me. I will try on a different cracker tomorrow and update my review.
