Your requirement for omega-3 strongly depends on your current omega-3 levels – influenced by, amongst others, the amount of oily fish in your diet and other medical conditions you might have. 2-4 daily up to 8 times a day????  They are packaged individually and there are only 60. Do the math. 🤔

Thank you for your question. A serving of Vegepa contains 2 capsules, providing a total of 560 mg EPA and 18 mg GLA. It is perfectly safe to take up to 2-3 g omega-3 daily. Many people require higher intakes of omega-3, and/or EPA, to support multiple areas of health and to improve their omega-3 index, a scientifically validated biomarker of health. In which case, we can confirm that you can take up to 8 capsules of Vegepa daily.

Hello, how much dha is in the vegepa product? the box label states 560 mg epa per 2 softgel serving, but does not list the amount of dha. thanks

Thanks for your question. I can confirm that Vegepa provides omega-3 as EPA concentrate, and DHA is not an active ingredient. As such, each serving of 2 capsules contains 560mg EPA from 800mg omega-3, of which less than 0.5% may be DHA (4mg).
