Honest review.
As much as I wanted to believe that this product would help me, it hasn't. I have had severe back pain for about 15 or 16 years, I have tried pretty much everything out there that you can imagine. When I read about the benefits of turmeric for back pain I immediatley bought a bottle to try. I took it twice a day, everyday without fail and it hasn't helped me at all after a month.. I am not saying that this product wouldn't work for anyone else, maybe it does and if so that's great. It just didn't help me, and maybe my back problems are too severe for this alone to help me.. I had really high hopes for this product, but unfortunately it just didn't help me. I sincerely hope that it can help others who are in the same pain that I live with everyday of my life, because I wouldn't wish this on anyone..

pain is gone
I take turmeric capsules to relieve inflammation. I had been without for a few weeks before finding this brand. I read that the Curcumin is the better part of the Turmeric. I don't pretend to know the difference so thought I would give it a try instead of what just said Turmeric. I spend a great deal of time sitting at my desk, having bad posture I often get pain due to inflammation. The weeks I was without Turmeric the pain had begun to return. since I have been taking this product I have had no pain again. I am satisfied.

I've only been taking this Turmeric for a few days and hence it's too early to say whether it is helpful or not. I didn't realize that the capsules had to be taken 20 minutes before meals. Had I know this I wouldn't have ordered them. However, if they are "exceptional" and relieve my pain, I suppose I can get use to the slight inconvenience.....I will update my review after taking this product for a few weeks.
