My initial bottle came in without crystals... just a bottle. I contacted customer service and they responded right away to just go ahead and return the bottle. I created a return label, and the following day they sent me a replacement bottle. I'm impressed and definitely did not expect this. The new one is perfect and all contents are in. I have not used it yet, as I just put it in the washer, but I did check if both caps seal water well... and they do. I have a similar tea infuser bottle, and I have to put some muscle into it to ensure it does not leak liquids. I'm glad that Infinity Gems bottle seals well.

This bottles rules. There's basic awesome like it doesn't leak, is a nice lightweight glass, and the chambers are secure. Then there is the interchangeable crystal chamber at the bottom. I like that you can still infuse the crystal energy you want without it in direct contact with the water. The bottom opens and you can out whatever crystal you're in the mood for that day! I've even been putting affirmations in the chamber as well. Comes with a pouch of rose quartz and amethyst. SUPER COOL.

Love this bottle. I never got the odor from the bottle or neoprene sleeve. I only wish it heald a little more water. I would buy again.

I liked the product. I bought this as a gift but... I will say I am disappointed I didn’t receive the gems with it. Other than that everything else was perfect. I am excited to see what my friend feels like about this gift. I would have given it 5 stars if it wasn’t for the gems. I haven’t used it so I don’t know it’s durability yet.

I was excited to receive my order. However, only one set of crystals came in. After opening the Amazon packaging, the box the water bottle was opened. Thinking, no big deal, until I emptied the box only to find one set of crystals in it. The description clearly states, two sets of crystals. Going to return this. I'm pretty bummed about it because I wanted to use this right away. Purchased this for my birthday.

I wish that the stones would come in contact with what ever you are drinking.

Nice bottle cover holds it together

This is a great item. I received it with two of the same colored crystals but the exchange came quickly. I want to but a second one to have one at work and one at home but I can't use the coupon again. I still love the bottle.
