So comfortable & functional!
Bought this for my tall 11 yr old for getting out of the pool after swim lessons. We needed something that was easy to put on and helped with drying off. This is AMAZING! Quite literally from the pool, super wet, this goes over his head and he's covered down to his ankles. It's super absorbent and medium-weight and is made to keep him warm. It's roomy enough and long enough that he can remove his swim trunks with privacy and put on dry bottoms - all while still wearing it! It dries fairly quickly, no wet towel smell and machine wash/dries easily. (We do not use Fabric Softener for this material) Soft to the touch and is closer to a fleece material. It's super comfortable and soft, my son wears it at home to lounge in. This is PERFECT for our cold PNW beaches - the fleece and length keeps you covered and cozy with a cold wind blowing! Absolutely recommend. I did purchase the adult size for my 11 yr old because he's quite tall. If my 5'11 husband uses this, it would fall to his mid-calf. Highly recommend!

GRAB TWO..one for swim changing...and one to just hang out and sleep in! Love It!
First off, want to thank all the customers who took the time to answer my questions about this robe. Isn't it great that we can do that here on Amazon? And 2nd I LOVE my SunCube! Got the pretty teal. And it's so soft! I was iffy about microfiber as sometimes that can feel like shammy cloth. Ick. But not so with this robe. Feels just like a terry robe, inside and out, but better, because you're not driving home in a "wet towel", wet car seat. Its super absorbant but stays dry. Magic! And is the perfect shape/size. I actually returned one that was Over $55 becuz it's shape, tho larger, was just hard to wriggle out of discreetly. This cube is just right. Nice pocket in front that has a good amount of depth Under the hand openings. So keys or cell phones are safe. The more expensive one I tried also had a kangaroo pouch, but was open all along the sides, so really only good for hands. Useless really unless you want to stitch it up yourself. That one also had a very small "water resistant" zippered pocket at chest, but my 'Not huge' cell wud not fit in & zip. Nor probably a wallet. Not trying to bash another brand..only mentioning these bolo's in case this description helps someone else decide. Only thing I would request...a pretty salmon color would be fantastic! The only woman model pic I saw was the baby blue, but Im glad I went with this jewel tone teal. The light blue looked too "bedroomy" for me. Ok..so here comes the hard part...but I think when we share our measurements it really helps other's. So Im 5'8" 200ish (yeah...yuck) lbs. And had Plenty of room to peel off bathing suit without flashing anybody. Nobody wants to see that! It falls a good 6"below my knee. And you'd think something called Cube would look boxy and embarrassing to be seen in. But its really not!! Had to pump gas on way home..wet hair flip flops & neked under this robe. Tried to be sneaky quick but was asked where I got this by lady next to me. She wanted one! And like the Suncube logo on it. Thats how she knew I was wearing a "coverup". (Or so she thought heh heh.) I mean its not something you'd run to Starbucks in...but its not this monstrous baggy thing either. And ladies...just thick enough...no nips! Perfect for hanging out at home in too. Sorry for writing so much but hope this helps. And please...if anyone's listening...a medium salmon color (not baby or hot pink) would be So Great!!! Cant recommend highly enough, especially for the price!

Great for the price
I am on the staff at a summer camp and we are on the ocean so I am constantly in and out of the water. This is great for those situations and is relatively warm. It provides good cover to change under and also dries me off simultaneously. However, the sleeves are not as long as the picture makes it look. The sleeves usually go out to just about my shoulder then the rest of my arm is exposed. I kind of wish the sleeves were longer but still is a great product for the price. It also does tend to get kind of heavy the more it absorbs water but that is expected. Overall the material it is made of is nice and soft and it serves its purpose well.

Change anywhere
I've always hated changing in the car after physical therapy, in a bathroom while camping or after work, or in other random places. It works, but it's awkward and can be dirty and is always cramped. This makes it possible to change anywhere. I just used it in a national park for 2 weeks straight, changed right in the campground or parking lot with tons of people around and never felt weird..You can change pants/underwear easily and shirt/bra too..Fabric is plush. It makes a good pillow or seat cover when not in use. I wouldn't call it warm, but it is not flimsy..Small drawbacks: The fabric feels like a decent towel but it does have that quality where it sometimes catches a tiny tiny bit on dry skin and feels weird (but only slightly). It's not ultralight but it's pretty packable...I definitely wouldn't use it for international travel or backpacking. You can't really use it for both a drying off towel and a changing towel at the same time without the new clothes getting a bit damp. I use a small packtowel to dry off and then this poncho to change..Highly recommended for travel, camping, daily use, group vacations, swimming, etc.

Perfect for after pool
My daughter and I frequent the pool often and I take quite a few aqua classes. I wanted to be able to throw something over my suit after toweling off so I could zip home then shower. And possibly be able to stop at the supermarket. Well this does it all. It keeps me covered and is roomy and comfortable. I also got one for my kiddo. If you don't fully dry off this towel will not keep your car seat dry, it's not that absorbent. However, I always keep a towel to sit on anyways so it's not an issue for me. It shouldn't replace a towel but think of it as an addition to.
