just bought this product and it feels like water. Should it be like this? It barely has a scent to it. It appears watered down. Does this sound right

Yes it’s very watery but it is supposed to be as it’s a very gentle toner exactly the same as when I’ve bought it in chemists

Are they suitable for dry skin ??

I only use toner from the Simple range and I find it removes traces of cleanser and refreshes without drying or irritating my skin, which is then well prepared for my moisturiser.
