Inada Hcp-r100a Yu Me Massage Chair, Black

My first Inada Yu Me massage chair was a floor model which had been put through its paces a whole lot locally on the showroom floor. It had a clunk in its rocking motion. When I contacted the store about the problem, MUCH TO MY SURPRISE my Inada rep informed me that I would be receiving a BRAND NEW CHAIR in order to correct the rocking problem. In a few days the new chair arrived at my doorstep, and despite some minor quivering still apparent in its rocking motion, has performed FAR beyond even MY wildest expectations ever since. The quiver is only detectable when no other functions (kneading, vibrating, etc.) are in use. The only other flaw I can find at all with the chair is a very slight slipping of components in the leg rest assembly when extended to its most extreme position. I don't consider this serious enough to call a serviceman. I should mention here that the sensors employed do appear to be somewhat interactive. Like spurring on a steed, if you wiggle your feet the foot massage assembly then takes off. I use the chair every evening after work, and am glad I decided to go for the gusto with my massage chair purchase. My chiropractor has a massage chair. This chair is so much more versatile, IT PUTS THAT ONE TO SHAME, often making me WHIMPER into submission chanting INADA'S name, wondering HOW I could EVER have questioned the purchase price of this MASTERPIECE of technology. UPDATE: After 16 months of use, this chair works exactly like the day it arrived for my extensive daily therapy. The precious foot massage is the only thing saving my old arthritic feet. No mechanical problems with the chair have been encountered at all; no service necessary; no cause whatever for complaint. This chair, along with dutiful stretching exercises, appears to be a key to happy retirement for me. It's WORTH THE MONEY. UPDATE: At the 2-year anniversary I thought I had a problem. All functions just stopped and the chair would not recover to the default position. I called Inada . The same day an advisor told me to just unplug the chair for a little while, then plug it in again...Why didn't I think of that? The chair works perfectly again. GO INADA!

I've had my Inada Yu Me chair for eight months and I've used it every night before bed. This massage chair is sublime! I sit back, close my eyes and for 30 minutes plus I'm in an alpha state. Once done its right into bed for seven to eight hours of peaceful sleep.Previous to getting the chair my masseuse would arrive every Friday and spend 1 ½ hours working me over, now it's every other Friday and he is one of the best in the business here in Los Angeles.A massage is life giving to my way of thinking! There are a few things I would never want to be without and right at the top of that list would be my massage chair. I'm so grateful to have found the YuMe!!! HR
