Item was in horrible condition when arrived. Battery terminals were corroded beyond repair which lead to the device unable to be used. Would give 0 stars if it was an option.

Fun to play

I bought this toy for my little brother, as he is a big fan of Neopets. At first I was pleased, because it arrived only a few days after I ordered it, but I was very angry and disappointed when I opened the box. All the pieces were missing, rendering the toy unplayable (the batteries were also dead, not that it matters without the figures in the first place). Honestly. From the other reviews, it seems that most other people got working toys, but I'm not sure if I'd take the chance again, as this was a major waste of money.

I was a big fan of Giga Pets and Neopets, so I had to get this. I got this toy about 8 or 9 years ago when it first came out. I found it in my room and it's still in great working order.Basically, you play by putting one of the neopet figures in one of the slots. This lets you adopt that pet. You can put the pet in different slots to play a game to make neopoints, or to shop for items. You can also make selections with the buttons to feed your pet, play games, shop, go to the bank, sleep, go to the doctor, view your high scores, or play with an item. Basically, you take care of your pet so it doesn't run away.So in summary, this toy is kind of an interesting combination between Giga Pets and Polly Pocket. It plays like a Giga Pet, but also has the compact/figure design of Polly Pocket. This toy is great for any neopets fan or pocket pet fan.

Ok, this meridell deluxe one, is my christmas present, but, last year, my friend and I were on the bus going to the Franklin Institute, and she let me play her Kougra one. It was so much fun! But I think a deluxe world one, which I got from BJs, would be much more fun, with three different pets! Wowee! I think you can tell I go on the website a lot, because its fun. Like some parents make their kid take care of a stuffed animal or alarm clock for a week or so to see how their kid can take care of a pet, well, Neopets is funner! Plus it teaches you how to be responsible with neopoints, their form of money in the game and on the site. Durability, if thats a word, (lol!) I gave it 4 stars because it might be a little bigger than the regular ones so it might not fit in everyones pocket. All in all, neopets is fun, and I hope that you or your loved one enjoys this great toy!

This is a really cute Neopets toy. If you or your children have the smaller, single pet version, (Kougra, Tonu, Grundo, Aisha, Krawk, etc.), or something like Nanopets or Tamagotchi, then this is going to be even more fun for them. This deluxe version has 3 pets to choose from: Lupe, Draik, & Ixi. The only game to return from the smaller versions is Negg Drop, but the other 5 games are just as much fun with several skill levels in each. The higher the level you play the games at, the more NP you earn, which you will need, because like the website, the pets need food & toys in order to stay healthy & happy. It is a good way to teach kids the importance of responsibility, because if their handheld pets are neglected, they'll pack their things, & runaway. If you or your child loves Neopets, then you'll love this.

I have a Aisha and the kacheek, my Aisha is already 4 days old! and while playing in the Lost Desert, it found 2,000 NP on the ground! I now have at least 20,000 NP of hard work, I feed mine two times a day, and gave it a petpet, but somehow the petpet was gone the last time I checked :(, but at least my pet hasn't died! I love this toy, if you have a pet and love it and like to spoil it, but can't take it everywhere with you, get a pocket neopet! I'm in Middle school, I'm an 8th grader and I take my pet to school everyday, I'm 14 years old and have been playing neopets for about 2 years (almost) if other people say when you leave it on when you sleep and it runs away, that's so not true, I leave mine on all night and it turns off by itself but the clock keeps going, I my pet, it's one of the best pocket pet I could ever ask for! I love this pet, neopets rocks! [...] I stongly recommend this toy, it'll be fun! I'm working on keeping my pet alive for 365 days (1 year)! For two years I've been a huge fan of neopets, and for christmas I got this. I'm very pleased with all the games on it and the three collectable neopets. It also comes with trading cards and you earn rare item codes. The games challenge your hand eye corrdination and is just plain fun! It's like the website only it has exclusive games not on the website. They include negg drop and Yeasty Tomatoes. You can also play some games that you might enjoy on the website, like Kiss the Morthog and Ultamite Bullsye. I'm an enthusiast for this and reccomend it to anyone who likes neopets or was hoping for more expensive handhelds. I deffinetly think this is a great alternitave to a gameboy, and it's much cheaper. I also have the grundo version but this is deffinetly the best! It only costs a few $ more, and even my friend who hates neopets loves this game!
