Works well, does not feel too cheap to me like others said. Maybe I just got a different batch. Plugged into raspberry pi, recalbox detected it, and got working in about a minute. £11 for two of these is excellent value, don't be put off by negative reviews if you need a cheap controller.

Delivered next day. They work with The Spectrum (retro) as a Kempston controller, however the buttons are reversed… so A is B, B is A, X is Y, and Y is X. They are also not super responsive, but you get 2 for just under £10 so you get what you pay for really.

I didn't expect much for the money and that's exactly what I got. They are light, the build quality terrible in as far as the case screws just hold them together, however, they work as intended and are more than suitable for my needs. Given their very low price they are excellent value for money, but don't expect them to last with constant use.

Arrived well packaged. Right away felt great nicely made buttons feel great doesn't feel like flexi crunchy plastic. As good as the original ones or very close at least. Used on raspberry pi. Will work on Windows too. Recommended and a good price too.

I configured the buttons on Super Retro, and they responded for me to do that. But only the forward button works on Donkey Kong Country 3, which is really disappointing... But it's not the controllers, I just realized! MultisneS16 works with the game controllers, AND it actually saves your games. SuperRetro just SUCKS

bought to put with Rasberry pi machines running Batocera and Retro pie. Works as they should for snes, also usuable on other emulators such as mega drive, atari, etc basically anything which uses up to the amount of buttons on the pad!

Tried on launch box PC also configured on retroarch doesn't work on emulator games, comes up with please configure. Anyone else had this problem. Please help.

The buttons work okay apart from the D-pad, which renders it useless. Pressing left/right quite often presses up/down at the same time, making them useless for games that require precision. I would avoid buying these.

I've had these for months, maybe a year or so? Quite awhile, and they haven't let me down so far. I haven't used real SNES controls since I was very young (only have vague memories of Duck Hunt so I know we had an SNES at some point) so I can't say how they compare to the real deal... But they were good for setting the vibe when visiting that era of games. Haven't had any problems with them.

Als langjähriger Fan von Retro-Gaming habe ich kürzlich den Super Nintendo Controller entdeckt, den man ganz einfach an den PC anschließen kann. Schon beim ersten Auspacken fiel mir die angenehme Handlichkeit und die solide Qualität des Controllers auf. Die Tasten haben ein gutes taktiles Gefühl und erinnern mich sofort an meine Kindheitstage, als ich stundenlang vor dem SNES saß. Natürlich war mir bewusst, dass der Super Nintendo Controller nicht über so viele Tasten verfügt wie moderne Controller. Aber das ist Teil des Charmes und gehört irgendwie dazu. Trotzdem war ich gespannt, wie gut er sich für moderne PC-Spiele eignet. Die erste Hürde war, dass der Controller nur mit einem speziellen Tool verwendet werden kann. Nach einiger Recherche entschied ich mich für XPadder und ich muss sagen, es funktioniert großartig! Mit XPadder konnte ich die Tasten des SNES Controllers auf verschiedene Aktionen in meinen PC-Spielen zuweisen. Es hat ein wenig Zeit und Einstellungen gebraucht, aber sobald alles richtig konfiguriert war, war das Spielerlebnis einfach fantastisch. Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden mit meinem Super Nintendo Controller für den PC. Trotz der begrenzten Anzahl von Tasten bietet er ein nostalgisches Spielerlebnis mit guter Qualität und Handlichkeit. Mit dem richtigen Tool wie XPadder kann man damit eine Menge Spaß haben und viele PC-Spiele genießen. 😊😊😊

The build would be great, as in general it is well built, but the D-pad is very low quality and inaccurate. It registers more directions than what is actually pressed. E.g. registers right+up instead of just right. This way the controls are very uncertain and tedious. Needed to send them back.

Wenn man bedenkt, wie teuer der Artikel war, kann ich wirklich nicht klagen. Der erste Versuch war holprig. Damit meine ich nicht das erkennen des Gerätes, das lief bei mir einwandfrei, schnell und unkompliziert. Die Tastenbesetzung funktionierte teils mit Nachdruck, teils leider gar nicht. Bei dem zweiten Controller, war dann alles einwandfrei und ich habe jetzt echtes Retrofeeling. Vielen Dank und wie gesagt bei dem Preis schiebe ich keine Welle, "brauche" eh nur einen.

overall these are worth the price, they work as you would expect, my only gripe which isn't anything "game breaking" is the casing of the controller feels like it was made from very cheap materials, almost unfinished in its texture
