Q: Is this product gluten free?

I do not believe it is gluten free. Usually, there is some claim on the packaging that states "GLUTEN-FREE" and I looked over the entire package to see if I missed it. Nope. Then, I read the ingredients section which states that it contains soybeans, WHEAT, coconut and fish. I wouldn't trust it. Hope this helps!

You can if you want. What comes in the package really is just the soup base and the noodles. Adding fresh ingredients will probably enhance the soup.
