This is the first pill form of collagen I have used,I have always had the powdered, I love the pill form better as it is so convenient and easy to swallow in capsule form.I haven't been taking this very long but what I have noticed most is I sleep better which is a big thing for me, it has also improved my digestion big time, and that in turn has made me feel better.Now for the beauty part,I have been taking collagen for a while now and have seen the benefits it has on your skin, and hair, not so much for my nails,they are a lost cause as nothing works on them,but this gives my skin a healthy glow and clearer appearance, which I love.I am not getting anything for this review it is an honest one, and I can't believe it doesn't have a ton more reviews.The price is very good for what you get and I will continue to take this product , it has a great return policy too, so you have no reason not to try it.

The capsules a kind of big. However after ordering the second bottle I have noticed that my hair and nails are growing faster.

I do not recommend this product because, the product contains Magnesium Stearate! I had learned of the Magnesium Stearate after consuming 99% percent of the product. My mistake I missed when reviewing the product before purchase. In addition, there was no mention in the cow being grass fed. And the product absolutely works! However, didn’t see desirable results in hair growth..

I bought this product because I'd been having some minor joint pain, and there was a definite difference after using this product, but the thing I noticed most was the change in my hair skin and nails. My hair became thicker, my nails were stronger, clearer and my skin more glowing.
