Do these slide when you drive up on them?

These ramps are engineered not to slip. I've used them with my car and pickup truck on smooth concrete surface of the garage and they didn't budge one bit when slowly driving up or easing back down. They also have grab when used on, say, graveltop in a parking area. I felt comfortable laying underneath when the front wheels were on the ramp and rear wheels were chocked. No rocking experienced.

Are these available in wider width? i have 12" wide tires. other brands i have checked say that i would need them to be 14" wide.

These ramps are only 10" wide and that's between the outer edges which are only about 3/8" wide. So, you could say, these ramps would work with an 8" wide tire at the most.

How long is the warranty for these ramps?

I don’t know about the warranty. I just know they will still be working for my sons long after I’m gone from this earth. Very sturdy.
