This was bought as a gift, had it been good quality, I would have purchased another however ... I believe that this item has been packaged for a length of time and stored in a hot environment as the box itself and outer layers of the packaging were solidly glued together which made it impossible to unwrap and check the contents without destroying it all as can be seen by the photo.The pendant and chain were supplied in separate tiny plastic bags, very cheap looking and flimsy, as is the chain. Thankfully the actual pendant isn't too bad. For the money I would say this simply is not worth it. I now have to buy a suitable presentation gift box and a more robust chain. Disappointing.

Very nice, but a little smaller than expected and the chain is a different silver to the necklace, but I am still giving it as a gift as it is still nice
