These pans and rack are the perfect size for a steak I usually dry-out my meats a bit before frying by putting it in the fridge. The pans will also handle the oven well. They are sturdy. Clean-up is straightforward, even on baked on things. Plan to buy a larger version soon.

I bought these specifically to use in my Masterbuilt smoker. The tray fit perfectly on the shelves and I use them to smoke potatoes, garlic, onions and other foods that I don't want directly on the grill. They are easy to wash and very sturdy. I am very happy with my purchase. Enjoy!

I have Nordic Ware sheets but was so tired of hand cleaning them and having marks, scratches and more; pans just don't look nice. I bought these because they were dishwasher safe and have been extremely pleased with my purchase. They're a bit smaller than then a half sheet, that I don't like, but the clean up is extremely easy and wonderful. They come out of the dishwasher shiny and clean and look beautiful all the time. They do 'pop' in the oven at 425, maybe even lower, but return to shape soon as they cool. They're not perfect but for the price they're a real good buy.

I bought these as an experiment for ways to keep my pellet grille and vertical smoker cleaner during cooks. These worked better than I expected. I line the bottom with a little foil and spray a little Pam on the grate. The design allows smoke to reach all parts of the food, and cleaning couldn’t be easier. These have gone from an experiment to a critical part of my cooks. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

Heavy construction and takes high heat without warping, perfect for baking.

These pans are great in many ways. They are a good size for my apartment oven, very light and sturdy and attractive in their finish. I’ve noticed they also cool very quickly. Pull out of a 400* oven and within ten minutes can literally pick the pan up with bare hands it’s cooled so fast. My only complaint is that every time I use them, after about ten minutes the pans warp. Two sides audibly and visibly pop up and the pan is no longer flat. When making bacon, this pop cause grease to splatter up. With anything, it affects even cooking. The strange thing is that once out of the oven, within a few minutes the pan returns to its perfectly flat state again. Didn’t bother me too much until I realized the grease shatter because of the warping.

Good size, quality, and cleans easily! Highly recommend for a non-toxic option!
