Italian Chestnut Flour - 17 Ounce

The Italian Chestnut Flour was purchased for a specific recipe I had seen highlighted on two Cooking Channel shows. The recipe was an Italian cake. I was impressed with the quality of the product & would purchase it again.

We made Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Chesnut Cookies and they turned out great.

Again, as I say on other chestnut flour on Amazon, the price is overpriced!!! In France it costs 6€ the kilo!! Yes a pound!!!! Why is it so overpriced it's because it's a price for Americans?
