Excellent quality flour and fresh. Works wonderfully for baking and when sifting it there are no particles left.

How have I NEVER heard of this??!? I want to figure out how to cook with this.

Blanched Almond Butter was very smooth and delicious

I purchased this 6 times before and this time it was sent almost two months expired. How on earth was the expiration date not checked before being shipped out? Would like a new one that is not expired please.

I Did not notice any issues with spoilage, so I have to figure that the prior reviews got an old batch. The fact that it is certified organic (by a European organization) and is able to get shipped from Europe for this low of a price, is amazing. It does take a couple of weeks or so for the shipment to get to your address, but worth the wait if you want a perfect baking powder for those that want an organic, paleo and AIP protocol flour that has a great overall taste!

As another reviewer stated, something is horribly wrong with this flour. The one we got smells like rotten fish and campfire smoke. What on earth??

I tried to use it two different ways but the taste was awful, like chalk!

Finally got around to baking with this and made a chestnut flour cake for Xmas. It had a soft texture, similar to a sticky toffee pudding, and was so delicious. Everyone loved it and I'll definitely make it again.

I bought this as a grain-free flour to try with baking. Goes especially well in gluten-free chocolate pancakes... adds a rich nuttiness that's packed with good fats. Expensive, but it's as little-used ingredient, the quality doesn't get any better than this. Organic too.
