Volpi Whole Boneless Traditional Prosciutto

My father bought a meat slicer before Christmas. I gave him this chunk of Prosciutto as part of his gift. Let's just say it is more delightful than anything you can buy in the store. Plus my nephew double fists Prosciutto when he eats it, so it was a giant hit with the under five crowd.As for the service, perfect. It arrived on a Sunday, well packaged. The taste is fabulous and when my father feels his slicer isn't getting enough attention I will gladly order this again.

It's a on the too fresh side, and could do with less salt. Otherwise ok, flavor according to its maturity.

Never had this before and kinda skeptical especially being raw pork but we wanted to try something different for new years and saw this on The Layover and ordered it Its addicting. Can't explain it other than I want more. I will definitely recommend this to anybody who wants to try something new you will not be disappointed.

Very salty and not authentic

Delicious, slice it paper thin and enjoy. If you don't have the proper knife invest, it makes a difference. Great for sandwiches with provolone cheese and olive tempanade, pastas and appys.

Did not disappoint anyone who tried this have 1/4 in freezer can't wait to try it for Christmas.

As an Italian born this is comparable to what I had back home, great price and flavor
