Sturdy and works well

Sturdy yet light weight and I like the strap to enable hanging it in my closet. I’m 76 years old, have neuropathy and have been losing muscle tone in my legs. Rolling my leg muscles has helped to rejuvenate the nerves and improve my walking. This is a great little roller.

My podiatrist recommended that I get one of these to get the deep muscles in my calves to relax and take the strain off of the conditions of my foot. At first, I thought it was ridiculous until I used it. My calves felt so much better after use of it, and consequently, so did it relax those foot conditions. I do wish the hard plastic rollers were encased in something softer, but you can use something thin and cloth-like if needed to help with this. It has a great price and can be easily transported with you anywhere. I would recommend this product!

I've been battling with hamstring tightness for a few years. Had an MRI twice and no tear. Went to PT and still didn't fix my problem. I could feel my hamstring getting tight whenever I play basketball that I was so scared of tearing it. Then I tried this. The first time I rolled it on my hamstring, it was so painful. The pain that makes you almost cry, but I kept using it that I felt my hamstring was not tight or stiff anymore. Now, when I play hoops, I don't feel the tightness anymore. I've also tried it on my injured knees a couple of times and helped the swelling or stiffness to go down. For $13 it is worth the investment.

It’s a great product

Purchased this for my teenage son who is a weightlifter and athlete. This massage stick is made of plastic, so take care if you are a vigorous massager. Great value, helps work into the muscle fascia.

overall, i liked it. yes, the rollers are hard plastic, but what else are you going to do? how do you get around the hard plastic? i wear sweats or compression wear and use the roller. works great. some have complained they were expecting something softer... yes, the plastic is hard... but it's what i expected. it works best on my shins, (i have shin splints), and the back of legs. you really can not self-leverage this item on other parts of your body. you might get your partner to help, as i did for my GF, but it is a "limited use" item, and it works as i expected. i'd buy it again.

El rodillo es fuerte, de buen tamaño y buen agarre. Los rodillos giran muy bien. Pero pues hay que ser constantes para ver resultados. Lo recomiendo.
