No. That alternate head and Nano gauntlet are available with the Mafex Avengers: Endgame MAFEX No.121 Iron Spider collectible, not this one.

Q: Will this action figure hold up to a 7 year old playing with it?

No. The figure is too delicate a thing for a seven year old, particularly one who likes to play rough with his “mens,” as my aunt used to call action figures. However, give him five more years and he and the figure should be fine.
