My 1yr old granddaughter and her 3yr old loved playing with this toy together, each in their own way! Cute, colorful and able to hold other small toys while forming a train. Then then nest & sit on the toy shelf!A perfect little toy!

The hedgehogs are adorable. Vibrantly colored. They nest and form a train. But they're hard plastic and are very noisy. But that's okay with us

These pieces don’t stay connected when assembled “like a train” they are too hard and unfriendly to toddlers who are unsteady on their feet or throw things. I probably wouldn’t purchase this again and would have returned it but it was already gifted.

Grandpa, an engineer, chose this toy for our granddaughter on her first birthday. It's a hit! No electronics to cause annoying beeps, squawks or kid voices.

This is a much better toy than I expected it to be! It's well made, very attractive colors and has great appeal to my grandchildren from age 1 through 7. Each one plays with it differently - I love a toy that grows with the child! You can talk about the colors, make a train, stack them, and so on. Of course my oldest granddaughter immediately identified each hedgehog as a family member - daddy, mommy, sister, baby - and played with them like a family of dolls. I take them in my carry-on "Nana bag" when I fly to see grandchildren and they are plenty lightweight without being flimsy.

Solid, no sharp edges, several things to play with, and they pack up so small, Perfect for the apartment.

I don’t know what it is about the Fat Brain Toy Company, but my kids simply love these toys. My three-year-old still plays with every toy. I feel like they are a bit pricy but we really do get our money’s worth. This particular toy is used in so many different ways... as a vehicle of its own, as a transport for dinosaurs, as a stacking device, etc. Highly recommend.

We ordered this set for our grandson's first birthday. His parents really didn't want more toys as space is an issue at their home, but these stack together and they loved that. His 2 1/2 sister loves that she can make a hedgehog train. Our grandson enjoys them too. They're relatively soft, so no worries when he's carrying one and falls. We'll definitely be purchasing more Fat Brain toys.
