Works great
So far, so good. It works just as described. Seems to charge faster than my original one, which had lasted 5 1/2 years from the factory. The cord is longer, too, at least 4-5 feet total. Excellent value. I'll purchase another one from this company down the line if it keeps performing reliably like this in the long term.

Great customer service.
I had one that died about two weeks after I bought it. I gave the charger a poor review and customer service actually contacted me. They worked out that it was the correct charger then offered to ship me a new one. The new one is working so far. I would give it 4 stars but they definitely get an extra star for customer service though. I've never had anyone try so hard to correct the issue like that. I will update again if the new one fails

Plug shot out flames when plugging into the wall outlet
I bought this plug as it was listed as compatible to my Dell laptop two weeks ago. It was working fine, but yesterday, I noticed that the surge protector strip was making a funny sound, kind of like electrical. It was making the same sound today too. I unplugged the cord from the protector strip (thinking the surge protector strip was faulty) and tried plugging it into the wall outlet and flames were shooting out of the plug at only halfway in the outlet. I pulled it out quickly before a fire could occur.
