i have asthma for almost 30 years ,i say mild one ,but still annoying especially for the ones close to me .coughing after night sleep or after a shower or regular walk around the block. i have this product for 2 weeks ,was skeptical of course .been trying over the counter many times. well. writing this after a shower and after i took this lobelia and i m not coughing ,it work great for me ,and i am off the advair disc for 2 weeks ,by the way you must take it with cold water ,and keep it in the fridge.

I was diagnosed with exercise induced asthma (Bronchoconstriction) last year. I am a competitive master swimmer so any lung issues are bad news. I was struggling with the albuterol as it didn't seem to do anything, so I wasn't consistent on using it. I bought lobelia and I was like a fish just after one day of using it. I did use it in conjunction with my albuterol but I was more relaxed in the water, I could hold my breath longer without stressing out my lungs or wheezing. I use it as directed, 3x a day, the last being 20 min before swim practice. So far I am convinced.

I had the product tested and it came up with a solvent in it not beneficial for me.Unfortunately, I can not return the product or contact the seller. Will definitely not buy again and want to make sure this is known to prospective buyers. Look for a different product and seller.
