I was taken aback at how watery it was when I first opened it, but the smell is incredible. It is very strong limes -- strong to the point that it can sting some skin cuts if you have them! While watery, it lathers decently. I can't smell it through the day but I'm told that it smells good on my skin. One bottle took me about a month to a month and a half to finish. One caveat about this product -- it appears to cause residual marks on glass shower doors that is hard to remove so that's one reason why I'm switching from the liquid product to the hard soap.

Smells fantastic! I too thought this was very watery. I wrote to customer service about it and they responded very promptly explaining that it's because it's a Castile soap which (after researching) is a true soap of only oils. It foams up decently, the thing to remember is that it's chemical free, so the very thick foaming we are all used to with sodium laureth sulfate is not present here, although it definitely does the job.It is great stuff and I do recommend it. I don't think it will last me months like they claim, but I'll buy it again.

I have purchased the Tobacco and Pine body wash before from Chiefs. I was running out so I settled for the Lime last second. Honestly, it feels like bar soap on my skin. It dries it out. Not sure if they are selling really old soap or what. Only reason I'm giving this three stars is that this it still technically body wash. Just was not up to the high Chief standards I am use to. All their other stuff has been incredible.

I really like the smell and how it leaves me feeling, but it has the consistency of water and seems to run right through my wash cloth and brush. It would be awesome if it was a bit thicker and not as runny.

Where to begin? A premium priced wash that is the consistency of water. Yes. Literally. The "manly" directions suggest one could dispense the product onto your hand for washing. Good luck with that - it would seep between your fingers before you'd have a chance. This is in stark contrast with the product description stating "slightly thicker formula makes portion control easy." No way. On a positive note - it does smell good. Overall - big disappointment.

This soap smells great, like fresh lime juice. Unfortunately it doesn't lather nearly as well as most other body washes so you end up needing to use a lot more per wash. Thankfully it comes in a big bottle, but I paid $35 and overall I don't think it was worth the money.

It is "watery" but it foams nicely on a washcloth. If you aren't using a washcloth in the shower you are a savage anyway. The smell is great. This stuff is quality. I don't mind paying for quality. Also my wife can't keep her lady hands off of me when I use my Chiefs.
