The multifunctional silicone strainer insert can be used in 8 different ways, which makes the concept plus different: a unique cooking system within the cast aluminium cookware segment. Concept Plus is available in a version suitable for cooking using induction (with a new, edge-to-edge induction bottom in special steel) as well as a non-induction version. It is of course oven-proof up to 250 å¡C and dishwasher-proof.
