Product effective, delivered as promised.
Used lotion in past for mild scaling, primarily of elbows. Product most comfortable to apply to affected areas below neck. Has odor because it is, after all, petroleum based. That may be why it is effective. This odor is temporary as lotion dries to touch (5-10 minutes). The odor is less of a stress than is not treating the area. Shake well & "swab on" like you would rubbing alcohol. Do it twice each application to ensure coverage. It may "sting" a little like alcohol but to me that means it's working. After 2-3 days, you should notice a "drying-out" appearance like a scrape healing on the affected area. I then go "every-other-day" and taper as I see the clear, healthy skin emerging. I hope it works for you. Psoriasis is, unfortunately, an "auto-immune" disorder. We are treating the symptoms, not the deeper process. "But that's "a whole 'nother story" for some other time, hopefully.

STINKS
It did not work and the smell is terrible. at least for me did not work.It also reads that it could cause cancer.

This product works OK for clearing the Psoriasis scales. Before falling, they turn to a yellowish color.

Not working for me
After a few weeks of use this has not worked. I only have some small patches of psoriasis on my elbows. It has turned the patches an icky grey color but they remain unchanged. I'm sad and disappointed. I would really like to wear short sleeves again. :(

Finally a product that works
After years of suffering with hand eczema/hand psoriasis problems I found this product really works. The smell is not good, smells like gasoline, but it works like nothing else. I don't use it before bed though, it's just too strong smelling.Its a liquid not a lotion. I put it in a spray bottle and use a spritz here and there as needed. It's less messy to spray than using a cotton ball too.I've tried OTC, natural, homeopathic, cortisone shots, etc and this is the first product to give me great results.
