I've never really had a problem with my weight, but since I've turned 40 my jeans have gotten a little more snug. My problem isn't at meals. I eat fine and pick healthy stuff but in between I snack a lot. It's worse when I'm at the office because it always seems like people have things there that are bad for you that I don't buy at home. I thought an appetite suppressant might help me get through the afternoon without hitting the chips and the cookies and junk in the break room. I did a lot of research because I know that many appetite suppressants are dangerous. This one appealed to me because it's made of saffron and not some weird herbs I never heard of before. This doesn't make me feel jittery or anything but I do seem to have more energy and less of a slump in the afternoon. The biggest thing I've noticed about the product is that I don't want to eat sweet foods as much. It's way easier to pass up the cookies and cakes and stuff when I've taken it. I don't even really get an urge to drink soda any more. I would recommend this product definitely to anyone looking for a natural suppressant, and I have told friends and family about it already. You still need to make healthy food choices for your weight but this product makes it easier to do it.
