but it looks like I have come to a stand still
It seemed to work well at the beginning, but it looks like I have come to a stand still. I have been taking the product for a few months now and I do as much exercise as possible, considering I'm a trucker, and I eat as healthy as possible but I have not been able to lower my weight pass 215 for the past month or so (down from 230). I drink only water, eat plenty of vegetables, and do as much jogging and walking as possible. Maybe is me? I don't know. I am giving the product another chance so we'll see.

Garcinia Cambogia - it's one of those rare products that get famous thanks to a TV Celebrity that hasn't really dissapointed.I mean it's a TV darling, found everywhere, so I finally decided to try it. since all the fast food diet of a college student doesn't help the waist line and is doing a number on my body!I was a bit skeptical because of all the hype but I decided to try it anyway. easy on the body!
this stuff is great. i've been dieting since February, and decided that at this point i definitely need a boost. i read many studies on garcinia cambogia and think this is just what im looking for. ive tried several different brands of this and this is what i like about this one. there is 60% hca which is what controls metabolism and appetite. i tried one with 95%, figuring more is better. for me it wasnt. the higher percentage hca left me jittery in the morning. it also spiked my blood pressure, which is borderline high anyway. that being said, this product is working perfectly for me. the capsules are easy to swallow and tasteless. no nasty aftertaste either. i feel no negative side effects at all. no jitters in the morning. the positive side effect is i am once again losing weight because i had slowed way down. now i am losing at a healthy pace and feel great. i definitely recommend this brand, it seems to have the perfect balance of ingredients. i did receive this product at at reduced rate in exchange for my honest review. this in no way effects my opinion as i am not affiliated with the seller or the product.

Keeps weight off the belly an works great 5 star product!
I have been taking Garcinia since 2013, an it is an excellent diet natural supplement. Take an hour before meals it works great at taking weight off the belly an keeping weight off!! I love this product an take it 2x a day with great results!!
