Great product, good value, easy to assemble & well made

Love my hard stand for my gazebo, really sturdy

Not as sturdy as my last one (which I’d had for 9 years), but it is still good. It will be interesting to see how long it lasts.

The gazebo is easy to put up, provided the instructions are followed in order and at least 2 people construct it. Pegs and stays are provided but it’s better to add more if it’s windy. Sides are easy to add or remove with plenty of Velcro and definitely helped to protect us from the cold easterly wind. The 3m gazebo was just the right size for three couples, socially distanced, a couple of heaters and a food table. The sides fold easily into their separate bags and the main frame with cover go, with a bit of persuasion, into a large carrying bag. Great for occasional use but wouldn’t recommend leaving it fully constructed for more than a couple of days, especially in a breeze

I bought the frame to replace a Dunelm version that collapsed and broke with one overnight shower. The apex of this one looks less strong than the Dunelm so wouldn't leave it erected even in average wind/rain but it is so easy to erect/take down. The horizontal frame is about 5 foot 7 off the floor and hidden behind the top cloth so taller people catch their head when entering!

So pleased we purchased this, all you need is some fake grass or an outdoor rug and some led lights for this to be used any time day or night.+ Excellent build quality+Good Design+Easy to put up with 2 people in less than 10 mins+Excellent place to shade in the heat thanks to the silver lining+ Extends your outdoor space and makes such a great addition to the garden!

Having had my last gazebo for almost 15 years I had problems when an arm joint failed.Having received this and erected once in my garden to ensure assembled ok, we took it to a concert ,assembled it with a canopy.We left it for 1-2 hours in dry conditions and a moderate breeze and on our return a side joint had broken,more joints broke as we tried to fix. They were get fragile. How do I return the equipment and get money back.It is claimed that a credit for £49.99 has been issued but 2 credits received one for £6.00 and the other £0.01, not £49.99 .Still expect a full refund of £59.99 plus £13.45 postage.

I brought this new frame as precious gazebo with frame and fabric Came down in the winds after only 10 days!! The company who I brought this from were the most unhelpful,customer service atrocious! So to save my sanity looked on line found this one, was so much easier to erect and has stayed put during the high winds and rain we have had during the past weeks. Have already spoken to other people about how good this product is and very good value for money.
