Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  I purchased this to attach to a window that’s in my garage. I’m very impressed with how easy it was to attach. It’s small but will definitely be heard if someone tries to open the window. I decided to insert it in the very right, upper side of the window. If you look closely the window frame and glass pane are not flush. I wasn’t sure if it would still work if it wasn’t aligned perfectly but to my surprise it did! If you aren’t sure about where to place the device I recommend just using some tape to see if it will work before taking off the 3M sticker on the back. The device is not actual metal but a plastic material, so it’s light enough to place anywhere. There is a small on and off switch on the left side when facing the alarm. So, consider this as well with your final placement. It takes 3 round batteries inserted at the bottom, that the vendor does provide with the alarm. I’m not sure how often they will need to be changed yet. I just added a reminder to my phone to check the alarm the first of each month since this is for security purposes.

Great value, even if it wasn’t a 2 pack (which it is). Well made. Comes with 2 replacement batteries. Easy on/off switch. Installed with the included strips a week ago & has held firmly.We bought this only to pass a city inspection for our pool. It’s unbelievably loud- which is wonderful for houses with small children. So if that’s you- go for it. If you just need it to pass an inspection- also go for it. If you are thinking of using these as general security - go for it with eyes wide open. In the middle of the night this would very likely scare the heck out of an intruder (which is wonderful!), but if there’s a chance a welcome person might set it off often (because there is no way to delay the noise - it goes off as soon as the door/window is opened) be ready for the ear splitting noise.None of this is a downside, but I had no way to comprehend 120db. I did look at YouTube videos, but the sounds were all different & 120db is entirely relative to the annoying nature of the sound being measured.

Great little alarm, I use them on several doors & windows in my home. I used to install alarms professionally, so I know my stuff. Nice little local alarms. Great security, great peace of mind.The seller is FABULOUS. I needed some special attention from them, and they were 1000% responsive! Can't get any better. I wouldn't hesitate to buy more from him. Great gift idea, and who knows... it may save a life!

Small & compact size for a discreet look. Attached is a picture next to an iPhone7 so you can gauge size. Easy to use on/off switch. Comes ready to use which is much better than other products that you need to find an odd battery for - not this! The alarm is super super loud - perfect for our front door & door to the house from the garage. I think this will scare away any intruder.

These are super easy to install... First time I was able to complete a project on my own no tools needed!! Instructions are very clear and easy to use. The device just requires you to line up the arrows . Simple as that. The device is very loud and ready to go with batteries installed and everything.I will be ordering these for all my windows on the ground level.

These are awesome, and VERY loud! they definitely will scare someone who isn't expecting them. The only negative is if the door opens and they go off if you close the door they will shut off again. so someone could sneak in, shut the door and the alarm stops.

I bought this alarm to keep my 3 year old out of our fish tank. We tried everything. The first time she tried it we were out of the room. It went off when we ran into the living room, she was rocking and crying on the couch and she hasn’t touched the tank ever since. The turtles are grateful.

Easy to install. Dependable. Does its job. These alarms make a very loud intrusive sound. BUT, that's what you want in an alarm. We have ours installed on all windows, doors and outside buildings.
