I ordered two of these. Shipping took a ridiculously long time. Delay after delay. Ultimately it took two months before I finally received them. When they got here they were great! Soft and easy for my arthritic hands to squeeze. Unfortunately both of them broke within an hour. I promise there is no way I was being too rough, as my hands have very little strength. Based on other reviews I knew they weren't going to last a long time, but I expected far more than an hour.

Took three months to arrive, customer service sucks because I messaged them repedetely asking when my product would arrive because it had said delivered for two months and I’d finally had enough waiting. Now I’ve ordered many stressballs from amazon including ones with bad reviews because you have to take reviews wth a grain of salt and a lot of times the products with rough reviews end up working very well, however, this product broke within ten minutes of me squeezing it fairly lightly and using it the intended way. The little balls and the water on the inside exploded all over my computer and went everywhere. Needless to say I was pissed. I don’t know what those little balls on the inside are but they were so hard to clean up because they were small and rolled everywhere and crumbled when u tried to grasp them in between your fingers, onve you could finally pick them up they would stick to your fingers making it impossible to rid your hands of these inconveniences. If I could give this product zero stars I would. Please for your sake, just don’t bother with this product, you’ll only regret it in the end as I do.

Not durable, lasted less than 24 hrs. My 5yr old daughter has autism and loves these, but have yet to find one strong enough to last. Did get the big wubble bubble ball and lasted for a couple weeks, thats better quality than this by far.

I LOVE the way the product feels but the shipping is extremely slow and the quality is lacking. The unit is NOT very well protected in shipping, just a plastic bag. The first one arrived totally smashed. After I sent them pictures, they promptly sent another...same kind of shipping bag but the second arrived ok. After using it for just a short time, the plug that holds in the "stuff" came loose on one edge and some of the stuff began to leak out so I super glued it. I seems to be holding ok. I'd LOVE to give it 5 stars just for the "feel", the texture and "squishiness" are PERFECT...best I've ever had but the quality and shipping bring it down to a three. What I'd REALLY like is for them to up the quality and shipping container PLUS make one somewhat larger. Mine is about 2 1/2 inches in diameter and is a little too small in my big hands; I'd LOVE to have the same "feel" in a ball of about 3 1/2-4 inches in diameter.

I really like this stress ball, the insides are cool and the texture is neat. However, the 2nd day I had this, it burst and the all of the air leaked out. I had been cautious of squeezing it too hard as I was worried this might happen. I super glued the hole and it's fine now, but be cautious. Also, it smelled very intensely of ink or dye upon recieving it, but a quick wash with soap and water solves this issue.

This took a long to arrive, it shipped from China to US. Once is showed up, it definitely occupied my restless hands, but only lasted about 48 hours. Not sure how it popped because I wasn't squeezing very hard, but now it's trash and made a mess.

Just what I wanted. I needed it to be really soft and squishy because I have hand pain and neuropathy works great.

The sticky surface is unpleasant. I was disappointed but part of that is my fault. I thought I had ordered the ball that was netted, and this one has no net. Be careful and read the description carefully.
