The color, which I asked to change after order was placed, was thoughtfully done and the engraving was perfect. You'd think it was done by a jeweler. The material it's made with is so durable. Wasn't sure what level of product quality I was going to get, but what I received is durable, attractive and what I had hoped for as I'm going to be wearing it for the rest of my life. Also, the engraving was spot on.

Very nice id bracelet. A bit difficult to adjust size BUT IT CAN BE DONE!

So I saw many reviews of people struggling to adjust sizing, specifically because they couldn't determine how to remove the pin. There is a reason for this but there is also a solution.(a) The pin depicted in the item description is NOT the pin that needs to be removed to adjust sizing. You need to remove the pin farthest away (the tiniest pin on the side where the holes/adjustment segments are). (b) this pin is very small and requires a safety pin or bulletin board pin to remove (an earring backing or paperclip is actually too thick for pushing the pin through).Once you use a safety pin tip to push the smaller pin out, cut the bracelet to the hole you want for sizing.I used the smallest sizing because I have very small wrists. This was still too large (5 and 7/8 inch circumference around my wrists). It's a sizing that will work and isn't as bulky as the default size so I'll give this 4/5 stars.The custom printing turned out great and the rubber is comfortable to wear.

It is a little difficult to put on and take off. Appearance was good.

I am a dialysis patient and needed a medical alert bracelet that would be durable, able to withstand water exposure when showering, and would have the medical alert symbol affixed prominently so that in the case of an accident or other problem, an emergency health provider would be able to quicly ascertain my medical condition, blood type, and my "In Case of Emergency" (ICE) contact. This medical bracelet met each requirement. The printing is actually etched into the display area and has an etched medical alert symbol as well. The test size is readable under most lighting conditions and the bracelet itself is adjustable for most wrists. I think this is the BEST medical alert bracelet value for the dollar spent! I highly recommend it! (MEASURE YOUR WRIST BEFORE YOU ORDER) - of course!

We ordered the medical bracelete for our 8 year old son who was recently diagnosed with CAH. It fits him great. I only wish it had a little more room for wording because it's a rare condition so I wanted to put ICE next to emergency dose and it would be cool to be able to have his name engraved on inside somehow and phone number. But am glad with the overall purchase
