Cocobolo Pen Blanks 10-Pack

If you are turning slim-line pens these are perfect size. Anything else and you might not have enough material.

I was a little hesitant to buy as it is a little pricey but was pleased with the color and grain.

Really excellent value. Yes some imperfections in the wood that might not be in a higher grade, but perfect for pen turning. When finished, little comes close to cocobolo and the price makes these a steal.

As described, but tough to drill. My first experience with Cocobolo wood and it seemed a little tougher than most of the other wood to drill. I drilled extremely slow at my lathes lowest setting of 600 rpm's, constantly backing it out but the bit still heated up. Beautiful wood and it made beautiful pens. All five pieces were of good quality. I will but again.

These are high quality blanks. All the blanks had beautiful colors in them
