I originally got this to illuminate a pink star quartz globe. It did illuminate it just fine but the star could not be seen from internal illumination. Have since used it to illuminate various glass objects. It works really fine for this though the glass object needs to be large enough to get beyond the circular cutout.

It displays my glass paperweight perfectly. The color choices are very nice. The switch is easy to use and glows blue in the dark, making it easy to find. It is exactly what I had hoped for.

The vase is beautiful without the light, but the light just makes it look so much better.

I received a glass egg as a gift and was looking for a way to illuminate it. I originally thought a darker wood base would look best and when couldn't find one at a reasonable price I bought this one thinking I would just stain it. No need as I love the light wood! It came in one day so zero complaints with delivery. Has two light settings (white or warm) with the ability to adjust the brightness. The cord is attached and is a USB plug. For those who want to have ability to plug in to a WiFi plug, see my one pic where (since I'm a cord hoarder) I had an old USB adapter from an older Sirius radio that I used to plug it in to a WiFi plug. If you don't have the adapter I know Amazon must have them cheap. I love the ability to adjust the brightness and how it makes this piece sparkle!! I have other pieces in my house I may more of these for!

My roommate threw out her selenium lamp when she moved because she never had the right base for it. She had used one of those lights that go in the ceramic houses and had to prop her lamp up on cardboard strips to make that light fixture work.I rescued her lamp (the light she was using wasn't anywhere to be found) and went looking on Amazon for something that would work.This is great. I just put the selenium on top of this. It is a little smaller in diameter but looks great and works well. and since it is LED, it doesn't get hot like what she was using. And I can change the brightness and whether it is cool or warm light.

I was hesitant to spend $12.50 each for these but but the bullet since they looked better (on paper) than everything else I was looking at.Got them installed on my mantle with 2 beautiful vases, adjust the light color to warm and lowered the brightness to medium, and let me tell you I am VERY pleased.The light color is warm and inviting, the controller is easy to use and the tiny led on it is not noticeable behind a picture on my mantel.The only nit to pick is the fact they are UsB ends. But that’s a small nit.I recommend some blue tack stuff underneath and on top since the wood material is a little slick.

Nice light base but wish it had a cover over the light. What you put on it has to be bigger than the opening to the light or it falls in

I love that this light has adjustable brightness settings. The soft yellow is great for displaying mineral specimens. This is a smoky quartz and pictures do not do justice to how pretty the light makes it look in person. Would purchase again.
