I need to remember to remind myself that when I purchase electronics that are not of a brand name I recognize to check that products web site, and if there is not one there to "NOT PURCHASE SAID PIECE OF UNRELIABLE ELECTRONICS"!This was supposed to be an upgrade from and 8 year old tablet. What I have found is a suspected memory leak, or bad battery charge reading as every two hours of playing app game, it freezes and shuts down.. Battery stays plugged in to charger and game is downloaded directly from Google Play Store just as it was on my other device.In and attempt to handle my side of doing my due diligence, I discovered there is absolutely no way to update the android version to its best version?Yet another WTF? Moment.

I originally gave it a 3 but this is just junk. Can't watch videos because it's laggy. Can't do anything. Basic games are unplayable.

I will start off saying that this tablet I good value for the money. With that out of the way, I was disappointed that there were some things that it didn't do well. There are certain games that it does not run well (ex: Plants vs Zombies 2). There are also alot of mobile games that were not available for this specific version of android tablet. For kids, this is a decent tablet but not so much for adults that want a higher quality tablet that runs smoothly. Battery life is great and it seems to be pretty durable, but we still purchased a case for it just to be extra safe.

The tablet seems fine for normal use. I bought it to sync with my Phantom4 Drone to make it easier to see the video...The Video camera in the tablet won't connect with the drone.. I tried everything so it was a total waste for me... I am ordering an Ipad Air to get the job done.

It worked fine for the first month and a half or so. After that, it would no longer hold a charge at all. It would only work when plugged in - which defeats the purpose of a tablet if you ask me. I was hoping to return it for a refund but by time the charging issues started, the return window had closed. Do not buy this product!!!!

i like how well it worked, and downloaded anything you wanted. but it would only play videos at 480p. Sense its pretty weak you cant download the 50% of the app store. 2. is when you want to factory reset and its in Chinese, and I don't speak Chinese. so it took me a while to figure what button is the factory reset then i found it.

The screen cracked and won’t work now. I have contacted customer service to find a way to either repair or replace it. I have gotten no response.

It would not charge. Let it charge all night long and it got up to 59% and that's as far as it would go. Very slow as well.
