Fastronix 30A 12V Type 1 Automatic Reset Circuit Breaker with Cover

About time automotive used circuit breakers instead of fuses and fusible links. I also bought the 30A.Clear lettering on the side of the housing to tell you what amperage it is rated at, but I just used a white paint marker and wrote it on the red cover so I can easily identify which is which from across the engine bay.Plenty of room on the terminals to add multiple circuits. I will be buying more for other projects.

Fixed my 2-10-50 amp battery charger

I was adding a charge line to my towed vehicle (behind a Class A motorhome) so that the supplemental braking system did not run down the towed vehicle's battery while towing. The charge line kit from Roadmaster is roughly $35 and the only major component to it is the auto-reset circuit breaker. With all of the connectors and wire I had left over from the towing installation, it was much, much cheaper to buy this breaker than buy the whole kit. The rubber gasket to help keep moisture out is an added bonus!

I bought this circuit breaker for my 27ft travel trailer to replace a faulty one. The item arrived on time and matched the picture and description in the ad. Overall quality seems to be on par with the factory parts.

Original one I replaced had no way to Attach it & did not Come With a Rubber Protective Cover. This one does. Spend the Extra $3. It's worth it. Tight Screw Holes close to Fuse. Drill at an angle & Fasten. Solves that problem. Highly Recommend
