Nice and tasty. It comes with many health benefits but if you have sugar or diabetes then avoid it. One thing i didn't like is that they put much sugar syrup in it and less bamboo pieces.

Some pieces were rough difficult to swallow, yet useful product. Saw few reviews saying rotten or spoiled, well it is the smell of bamboo, you must eat it after putting it in bowl of water for 4-5 mins and then again wash it before eating then the smell will be gone and also sweetness will be less.

There is dead ants inside the seal packed product so unhygienic

This bamboo murabba was of very good quality but there was a lot of sugar in it. Otherwise good product.

It's super tasty. However if you feel it's a bit sugary wash it with water and then consume, I do the same. I bought this for height increase as mentioned by Fit tuber in one of his videos but I was scared to buy it because of the reviews😅, but the product is good👍🏼. I've just started consuming it, it's been two days.
