Garlic chunks are too big
This gadget has 2 sides: one side gives you slices, the other juliennes. The slices are too thick and the julienned chunks are too big. It’s much quicker and more effective to use a knife. Not useful. I don’t use it at all. Cute design, too bad it doesn’t really work.

Great little device!
I find I add garlic to my dishes much more since purchasing this little device. It is simple to use and the fact that it is self-contained and catches the garlic after it's been sliced in its little drawer, is helpful for preparing ingredients ahead of time. It comes apart in multiple pieces for easy cleaning in your dishwasher. My only hesitation with this is cleaning the blades. It is more difficult than I would have expected but I would buy it again because it just needs a little extra attention in that area.

RSVP Green Garlic Cube Press
This little sh*t actually works. I was going to purchase the Joseph Joseph Rocker Garlic Crusher Press or the Jamie Oliver Garlic Press. I've used the Jamie Oliver one before and liked it but it was kind of pricey. I read the reviews for the Joseph Joseph one and customers were complaining that garlic was flying everywhere when they pressed down on the garlic or some people had a hard time pressing down on it. I am 4'9" and 112 lbs so I'm not your normal size adult. I owned other RSVP products and liked the quality so I figured I'd do a search on Amazon if RSVP has a garlic press and so I found this little sh*t. The only thing it can't do for you is peel your garlic for you. =PThis garlic cube arrived in a clear acetate box so it is easy to open from the box. This garlic cube press comes with 2 blades: one for mincing and the other for slicing. You can either mince or slice garlic on either side of the garlic cube. The top of each side indicates the mincing or slicing side. You just have to remember to have the clear bin facing right side up when mincing or slicing. If any bits of garlic gets stuck, both blades are removable and just give it a love tap or two to knock the piece out. I've already used this lil sh*t a handful times already and love it. I actually like this garlic press better than the Jamie Oliver one. I have only used the mincing side since I love minced garlic. I attached a photo of what minced garlic looks like out of this garlic cube. This garlic cube also comes with instructions. It also comes with 2 cleanout grids (last photo) and are also removable to clean out any garlic bits in the grid. All parts are easily removable and attach back easily as well. The instructions say all parts are dishwasher safe but hand washing is recommended. I am going to try and see if this lil thing can mince shallots as well.

My new go to for garlic.
I paired this with a silicone tube for peeling the garlic and now my prep work is much faster. I like that it makes slices and little square “tubes” . And, if you make slices and then turn it over and use the squares, you get perfect cubes! I recently made sinigang and used about an entire head of garlic and it only took 4-5 min to peel, slice and then cube. Faster and more uniform than my knife skills.

What a find.
Wish I had found this years ago. Such an easy way to mince garlic.

Where have you BEEN all my life???
I use a LOT of garlic. And I happen to really like it cubed in cute little cubes. I know - weird, right.?But I think it does make the exact right impact in soups or stews to have these little cubes bursting with garlicy yumminess.I’ve used another brand cuber that you twist. It takes a LOooong time to cube even a single clove. This one is much easier to use, AMAZINGLY easy to clean, and both slices & cubes the garlic. They way it works: put the garlic into the slicing side with the collection basket facing up toward . Smack the top down to slice the garlic. Then - if you want cubes... take the sliced garlic and place it into the cubing side. Turn your collection basket facing upward & press down. There you have it. Cute little cubes with almost zero effort. Cleaning is SOoo easy - even the tiny grates on each side pop out making those grates the easiest to clean! I like this so much I’m going to buy a second one - in case some jealous cook swipes mine!😄

Easier to clean than other presses, but doesn't mince as fine as others!
Very sturdy construction. On cleaning, well it is better than other presses because it has a way to easily clear debris from the chopper. Even though you can put it in the dishwasher as well, it's still not great because water traps in the design and it has to be left out to air dry. This is minor in the grand scheme of things. My only real gripe is that it just doesn't mince as fine as other presses or by doing it manually with a knife. I suppose you could run the chopped garlic through the press twice and that might get you there, but by the time you do that, you've used a lot more time mincing garlic than just doing it by hand, which is really missing the point.Overall, I give it 4 stars, because it is definitely an improvement over other presses.

Works well
I really like it. But the tiny cubes on the top is hard to get the garlic out of even using a tooth brush. It is very easy to mince the garlic. But not as easy to wash.

Durable
I was given this product more than five years ago. The only reason I had to replace it was because I accidentally threw out one of the small parts a couple of weeks ago. I like everything about this garlic press. It is quick, cleans up easily and can be used for other things and garlic. I recommend this product.

It was used
Looks like this product was used. The package was open, and the blades were bent. I’ll be asking for a refund

It makes cubes or fairly thick slices
It does not mince the garlic. One side makes diced and the other slices. The garlic gets a bit stuck in the blades. I am returning this item mainly because it does not crush or mince.

Don't try too crush whole cloves , slices work best.
I really like this product. It was definitely worth the money . Easy to clean . The only drawback is it can't handle whole cloves without messing up the blades. If you slice the garlic into smaller pieces then this works like a charm .
