This fits quite tightly under your arms and the paperwork says it must be worn over clothes. I managed to wear it for 20 mins per day over 3 days and I did notice a positive difference in my posture. It was especially helpful while I was walking. As my problem is a trapped nerve in one shoulder this was difficult to wear for too long as it pressed right in the same area.

Wore for a bit but nothing stops the plastic strap buckles from twisting and that makes it useless again

I couldn't get on with this support at all but it would be fine for a bigger person. To make it small enough meant having the straps doubled up under my arms and so very uncomfortable. I returned it the same day and ordered a different one which is much better for me.

I'm only wearing it for 2 hours a day at the moment. It's difficult, but at least it's correcting my posture. Hopefully each day will get easier.

I bought this for my Husband, he said it was comfortable to wear, it pulled his shoulders back as expected.

This didn't work for me. Hurt a lot. The straps are way too thin so dug into my shoulders. Showed to my physio who told me to bin it!

Keeps sliding forward and have to keep pulling on it to work cannot recommend this
