4 12 oz bags of Green Mint Guittard Chips (48 total oz)

So these actually taste quite good and I'm sure they will go great in some future baking that I'll do, i have nothing negative to say about the product itself. However - I bought these to melt down for use in silicone chocolate molds and it simply would not become thin enough for this purpose. I did force it to work and got a few molded chocolates out that were quite glossy and cute, but overall its not suitable for this unless don't care about overflow etc. Overall I love Guittards chocolate and products in general and appreciate their commitment to avoid GMO's etc.

I love making chocolate mint cookies at Xmas time and you can’t find these in store anymore. I freeze them for future use.

Guittard mint chips are the only ones I use due to their minimal quality ingredients The quality is well above that of Hershey, Nestle and Ghirardelli.

I love these chips. They are very smooth melt in your mouth tasting but aren't too strong with minty flavor or too much sugar. I don't care for things that are too sweet. I make a chocolate espresso cookie dough and use these chips in the recipe. I always get rave reviews about them. They are very addictive to snack on so watch out!

These chips are great for baking...just don't order them online in the summer. Mine arrived as bags of melted blocks rather than chips.
