My cats are fussy but they definitely approved of this brand!
Great price paid for these cat wet food pouches. My cats really liked these. The meat is of a very good quality and the pouches are bigger than my usual brand I buy for the cats. My cats have always been very fussy with food but they loved these ones and it didn’t take long until their bowls were empty. I would definitely purchase again but only when it’s on offer at a good price. Thank you! 🤩

I'm sure the cats like it but I don't like the packaging as some items are just in generic packets and it's very difficult to read the marking as to what particular fish is in it.

Most wet cat food contains added Sugar , this doesn't.
Even some of the mega expensive 'Science' foods contain added sugar (not naturally occuring in any particular ingredient). This also isn't necessarily table sugar (sucrose) but likely fructose and dextrose. This particular brand does not add sugar (other brands refer to it as 'various sugars' on the ingredients. Keep in mind that pet food ingredients are generally clandestine and are not legally required to tell you what exactly is going on like human food . There are several studies (proper scientific ones not Reddit echo chamber ) which show that the effects of things like fructose in felines has similar effects to humans in terms of increasing diabetes risk and things like lipogenesis. That's before you compare humans (omnivores) with felines (obligate carnivores). They (Iams) also don't seem to put wheat in their dry food. Keep in mind that just because a brand throws around taglines like 'Vet formula' and 'Science based ' does not mean it's the best . Particular for it's price , Iams is good stuff. The additive profile is also very beneficial (minerals etc). Advantage of no sugar added will also manifest as less dental issues . Diabetes and dental issues are way more prevalent now due to more things like fructose being added to cat food.
